A man released from jail on Friday, Nov. 4, returned to police custody less than 24 hours later.
Vancouver police say Bryce Michael Flores-Bebington, who was the subject of a public warning on Friday, is in police custody again.
"A VPD officer was working near Burrard and Pender Street Saturday afternoon when he observed Flores-Bebington breaching one of his court-ordered bail conditions," states a police release.
Police don't state which condition Flores-Bebington breached. However, his conditions included restrictions on where he was allowed, including that he was not allowed inside the area bounded by Thurlow Street, Pender Street, Homer Street and Pacific Boulevard. Other conditions related to weapons, medication and where he was allowed to reside.
Police rearrested him. He's now in police custody until his next court date.
Flores-Bebington, 19, was charged with one count of assault and one count of uttering threats after an incident on Oct. 2. He's also been charged with two counts of sexual assault after two separate incidents in early July.
