Man robbed at knifepoint for his wallet in Vancouver

The suspect was arrested later that day.

Vancouver Police Department officers arrested a 63-year-old suspect who robbed a man at knifepoint for his wallet on July 12. The suspect is in court.

A man was robbed at knifepoint in Vancouver Wednesday (July 12), according to the Vancouver Police Department (VPD). 

The man called 911 shortly after being robbed for his wallet, says the VPD on Twitter.

Police officers arrested a 63-year-old suspect later that day near West Cordova and Granville streets and recovered the victim's wallet. 

The suspect, Anthony Fitzroy Adams, appeared in court Thursday morning and has been charged with robbery. He remains in custody.
