Andrew Kim Jack, 51, is wanted province-wide after failing to attend court in connection with a series of incidents that occurred outside the Vancouver Public Library last summer.
Jack was charged with an indecent act and assault with a weapon after allegedly flashing one woman, grabbing the leg of another, and charging at a third, all in the 300 block of West Georgia on August 29, 2022.
He was released on bail and his whereabouts are currently unknown to police.
VPD is asking for the public's help to locate Jack and anyone who sees him or knows his whereabouts is asked to contact their local police agency.
