One of the most expensive condos in Canada is on the market.
At $24 million the penthouse home on top of Hotel Georgia's 48-storey tower isn't quite a record (like this place, for example), but it's up there.
And it's also way up there, as in the sky.
The tower is currently the fourth tallest in the city, and from the penthouse (which covers the entire floor) there are views of pretty much the whole city and a good chunk of the Metro Vancouver area.
Inside the 8,000-square-foot home has a huge amount of space, considering where it is. The four-bedroom, seven-bathroom unit has lots of open space in the living and dining areas.
"Entertain family and friends in style. Equipped with a games wing that includes a wet bar and a 700-bottle wine cellar, this home has it all," states the REW listing.
There's also a deck outside, with a fire pit and it's own dining space, which looks to be an ideal spot for breakfast on nice days.
Along with the penthouse itself, the new residents will get access to parts of the hotel, including the spa, pool, and gym.
