A 91-year-old resident of West Point Grey with dementia who had been missing for a day was located safely.
"Missing senior Thomas Goundouvas was located late Monday night in Burnaby and is now safe," said police in a release issued early Tuesday (Aug. 17) morning.
He had last been seen around 9:30 p.m. Sunday (Aug. 15), at his home at West 13 Avenue and Trimble Street.
He was reported missing to the Vancouver Police Department (VPD) Aug. 16.
