Looking to save some money on your next ticket to Puerto Vallarta?
Right now, WestJet’s discount carrier, Swoop, offers a number of incredible prices on flights down south in their "$99 or less sale." There are 40,000 one-way sale fares including all taxes and fees. What’s more, these flights are direct, and therefore you won’t lose any vacation time in stopovers.
The sale runs until Aug. 19 or until sold out, and is valid on travel between Sept. 9 to Dec. 11, 2019 (blackout dates apply).
For example, the flight below, which departs on Saturday, Oct. 26, was on sale previously for $158.83 CAD including taxes and fees for a one-way fare. For a round-trip ticket that returns one week later, the total cost comes to $326.11 CAD including all taxes and fees. Now, the flight only costs $99 CAD including taxes and fees. In addition, a return ticket is only $266.35 including taxes and fees.
With that being said, if you wait to book your flight the price will increase. Flight prices are based on availability, and therefore the price will go up as the lowest booking classes are bought up.
