***Update: The Pacific Breeze is back on the water and has resumed 10 minute frequency for peak hours.**
TransLink has announced that it is operating the Seabus on a reduced schedule due to a mechanical issue with one of its vessels.
The transportation agency tweeted about the issue at 7:08 a.m. this morning, stating that the SeaBus would run on a 15 minute frequency until further notice.
The SeaBus usually runs on a 10 minute frequency during peak service between 7:15 a.m. to 9:46 a.m. and between 3:15 p.m. to 6:45 p.m; it runs every 15 minutes during the rest of the day.
While TransLink has not provided a transit alert for the SeaBus, it stated that it would provide notice when trip frequency is on back on schedule.
