While they lasted far longer than Toronto's did, Vancouver is saying goodbye to Seth Rogen's Translink announcements.

The funnyman's charismatic stylings may be heard from now until Halloween, and then they are being taken off the system.

Before its over, however, the transit provider has added three new messages for the Lower Mainland's listening pleasure.

Specifically, riders may hear the announcements on trains travelling from Burquitlam to Moody Centre station. Further, they may also hear them on the platforms at Burrard and Waterfront station.

So, what exactly will the jokester say?

"It’s a surprise! A little bird tells us he talks about hipsters, Waterfront Station and Hotel Vancouver," teases Translink.

On the Canada line, Translink states that riders will hear his etiquette PSAs. These feature messages about courtesy seats, feet on seats, as well as walking left and standing right on the escalators.

Toronto decided to apply his loveable comedic stylings to their transit system, the TTC, after Translink began its announcements; however, his voice was promptly removed from transit a month after they aired.

While his voice is being taken off the system, Translink says that they plan to air over a dozen "outtakes" online next month.

If you'd like to listen to Seth's etiquette PSAs, Translink has posted all of them to its YouTube channel.
