How much rain can Metro Vancouver and the Lower Mainland hold?
It feels like we're about to find out as the atmospheric river continues to bring constant heavy rains to Vancouver. Through all that precipitation some are sharing what they've seen through their lenses, be they videos of rivers about to burst their seems or traffic snarled as roads flood.
Sometimes they also catch the nicer moments of having an ocean dumped over you.
