It looks like Vancouver is going to have a streak of nice weather.
With temperatures in the mid-teens and no significant precipitation for the next week, locals will get a nice stretch of weather, finishing with some summer-like weather heading into the weekend as temperatures crack 20 C.
Monday and Tuesday will start the week off with a pair of nice, though not quick idealized, days. Highs of around 17 C are expected with a mix of sun and cloud. While the highs will be pleasant, over night things will cool off as temperatures will drop almost 10 degrees to 8 C each night.
Wednesday, May 10, will be both the sunniest and cloudiest day of the week, with a sunny, clear day hitting 17 C during the afternoon, but overnight clouds will move back in to the area.
However, they won't be rain clouds, and by Thursday morning things will be clearing again, with a mix of sun and cloud much like earlier in the week. However, temperatures will be rising, with a high of 18 C.
This will be followed by a similar day on Friday, though the high is expected to get even higher, cracking 21 C.
Next weekend might be one of those perfect Vancouver spring days. The current forecast from Environment Canada shows a sunny day with a high of 24 C.
