Thanks to public tips and information, the suspected vehicle and driver in a serious hit-and run collision Sunday, Jan. 26 in North Delta has been located.
Delta police said in a statement late Thursday afternoon that on Wednesday evening (Jan. 29), investigators located and seized the suspect vehicle and identified the driver related to the collision investigation.
Police say further investigation remains outstanding and no further information will be released at this time.
Police added that the pedestrian remains in hospital in critical, but stable condition.
