Minimalists looking for rooming in Vancouver are in luck.
This tiny room with enough space for a small bed and nightstand comes with a beautiful view and five roommates.
Rent for this solarium located in downtown Vancouver on the 23rd floor of The Lions building starts on Oct. 1 at $850 a month including WiFi, heat, hydro and other utilities.
There are currently five people living in the apartment with one person moving out in October.
"We are all working professionals aged between 22-31. Two of us work from home," says the Facebook listing. "Looking for someone who is easygoing, chill and respectful."
The solarium itself does not have a closet, but "there is a dressing cabinet which you can use as a closet," offers the Facebook post, adding that the building also has a storage locker if extra space is needed.
The apartment comes with a kitchen, bathroom, and living room, which are shared with two other people, but no dishwasher. However, there's in-suite laundry!
Another perk of the apartment is the gym and sauna available in the building.
