The 2024 Celebration of Light saw Team Portugal, Team Malaysia, and Team UK light up the Vancouver sky with three nights of spectacular fireworks displays.
And it seems this year, the popular annual fireworks festival saved the best for last.
Team UK, from Pyrotex Fireworx, has not just been voted the winner of the People's Choice Award, but has also received the Judges' Competition Award.
"Their tightly choreographed performance captivated the audience, standing out even amidst the fierce competition from Team Portugal and Team Malaysia," said Celebration of Light organizers in a social media announcement.
Team UK closed the festival on July 27 with a film-themed show with famous movie songs like "Shallow" from the most recent version of A Star is Born, "You're the One That I Want," from Grease, and opened with the famous 20th Century Fox fanfare.
