A recent poll finds that the lion's share of Vancouverites want Ken Sim to be the next mayor.
Vancouver Is Awesome polled 1713 readers and asked the question: Who should be the next mayor of Vancouver?
ABC Vancouver candidate Ken Sim received the majority of votes, with 47.93 per cent. Incumbent Vancouver Mayor Kennedy Stewart followed in second, with 16.68 per cent of the total votes.
Nearly 13 per cent (12.78%) of voters were undecided, while roughly as many readers (12.61%) chose TEAM candidate Colleen Hardwick. Nearly six per cent of voters selected Progress Vancouver candidate Mark Marissen.
Just over two per cent of voters chose NPA candidate Fred Harding.

The poll ran from Oct. 11 to Oct. 15 and of the 1713 votes, we can determine that 1114 are from within the community. The full results are as follows:
Results are based on an online study of adult Vancouver Is Awesome readers that are located in Vancouver. The margin of error - which measures sample variability - is +/- 2.36%, 19 times out of 20.
