Vancouver police are investigating after being called about shots being fired in a suburban neighbourhood.
Police were called to the intersection of Monmouth and Joyce streets in East Vancouver around 11:30 p.m. on Jan. 29 Const. Tania Visintin tells Vancouver Is Awesome in an email.
"It appears a house was shot at," she writes, noting no vehicles were shot at.
"Thankfully," she adds, "no one was injured."
An investigation into the shots is ongoing and no arrests have been made. Visintin notes it's too early in the investigation to say if it was targeted or not.
