If you thought it was snowing in Metro Vancouver on Sunday (April 2), you weren't alone.
A couple of storms brought heaps of heavy frozen pellets to the ground over the weekend, causing many locals to question whether it had started snowing in the region.
There was also some mixed precipitation and snow at higher elevations overnight Saturday, as temperatures fell close to the freezing mark overnight.
In between periods of snow, hail, heavy rain, and showers, there were also some sunny moments and slightly warmer daytime highs.
Vancouverite Ryan Voutilainen shared a photograph of an angry-looking rain cloud from his flight from Los Angeles to Vancouver.
"Not the greatest photo but caught one of the culprits that were dropping all forms of [precipitation] on [Seattle] and [Vancouver] this weekend," he wrote.
