A number of Metro Vancouverites woke up to a fresh dusting of snowfall on Wednesday, April 1, after parts of the Lower Mainland saw hail and thunder last night.
Locals took to social media to share pictures and videos of the frosty spring affair, and a number of people mentioned that they weren't fond on the wintry weather.
"Snow? Pretty ruthless #AprilFoolDay prank if you ask me," comments Nicholas Pinter.
Kevin Woodly asks, "Seriously, April? Snow? Like March wasn’t a big enough kick in the nuts?"
A couple of other people note that it seems as though we "can't seem to catch a break," while others simply called it "terrible."
With this in mind, a couple of locals remark that they enjoy the delicate dusting: "Woke up to a white world this morning!! So beautiful!!"
