Vancouver's largest mall will re-open to the public on Friday, May 15. However, not all of its stores will be open for business.
Located in downtown Vancouver, CF Pacific Centre will re-open its doors at 11 a.m. Friday morning until 7 p.m. And while customers will be able to shop at some of the mall's stores, most will remain closed until after the weekend or until further notice.
Initially, store hours will be as follows: Monday to Saturday: 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.; Sunday 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.To ensure store cleanliness, the shopping centre has increased cleaning and hand sanitizers throughout the mall. In addition, there is signage posted to help easily navigate the property with proper physical distancing.
Security will be also increased to support during the centre's reopening efforts.
The Dining Terrace is also open for take-out, and there is curbside pickup with participating retailers.

"In the event that a retail client or CF employee tests positive for COVID-19, or has possibly come in contact with a suspected case, we have robust procedures in place to ensure prompt notification and undertake any necessary precautions, which may include sending employees home and deep cleaning impacted areas," CF Pacific Centre remarks in a statement.
"We strongly recommend that retail clients have protocols in place to ensure employees who are ill are not coming into work, and/or leave in a timely manner."
Hudson's Bay department stores will begin reopening next week, on Tuesday, May 19, in Western Canada and Nova Scotia.
Hudson's Bay has 18 department stores in B.C., 10 of which are in the Lower Mainland-Fraser Valley.
The company will begin a phased reopening Tuesday, with its stores opening in B.C., as well as some stores in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia. Hudson's Bay stores in Manitoba are already open.
