A fire was spotted under a Richmond bridge on early Sunday morning.
Richmond News reader Josip Cvitanovic and his father were under the Oak Street Bridge around 8 a.m. when they caught sight of a fire and black smoke in the sky.
Shortly after, firefighters were spotted in the area putting out the fire.
It was unclear what caught on fire.
