A 60-year-old man was found dead inside a Downtown Eastside apartment building.
The man was found inside a building on East Hastings near Carrall Street on Nov. 20 and Vancouver Police Department's (VPD) Homicide Unit identified him as Joseph Kelly.
VPD is investigating and no arrests have been made.
There have been 12 homicides to date in Vancouver this year.
