Vancouver has a new millionaire as of this past weekend.
Someone who bought a ticket in the city for Lotto 6/49's jackpot on Saturday, Feb. 8, won the White Ball draw worth $1 million.
The ticket correctly matched the White Ball number drawn from a pot of 30 balls (see image 2 in gallery): 17419658-02.
It's not known yet where in Vancouver the ticket was purchased or if the winner has come forward.
"All lottery prize winners have 52 weeks from the draw date printed on their ticket to come forward to claim their prize," BCLC has previously stated.
"The specific retail location where the winning lottery ticket was purchased, and the lottery winners' name(s) will be announced after the winner has come forward to claim their prize."
No one claimed the $10 million Gold Ball jackpot from Saturday's national draw.
Meanwhile, a second lottery player in Vancouver has earned a six-figure payday courtesy of Lotto Max.
That ticket is worth an exact total of $150,093.40, which was the secondary prize from the game's Friday draw.
The winner matched at least six of the seven selected numbers (see image 3 in gallery): 10, 11, 20, 21, 27, 32, 49, 35 (bonus)
Lotto Max's latest grand prize of $15 million went unclaimed.
