We've compiled a list of some of the best places to zipline in B.C. to try out this summer.

Whistler

It is located just 10 minutes north of Whistler, and offers two of Canada’s longest ziplines at over 1km long, 200m high and reaching speeds of 100km/hour. In addition, your tour begins with a custom 4x4 climb up Rainbow Mountain featuring panoramic views. And, with new technology, you and a friend can ride side-by-side on your three hour alpine excursion.

The company offers guided zipline tours in Whistler and Mont Tremblant, Canada, as well as Queenstown, New Zealand. However, the company started in Canada and offers five distinct tours by way of 11 ziplines in Whistler alone. Further, it is home to the Sasquatch, which is the longest zipline in all of North America.

Grouse Mountain has a dual-line, five-line circuit that offers an adrenaline pumping ride through the peaks and valleys of the mountains. The adventure lasts about two hours, and the lines soar roughly 200 feet high. Speeds reach up to 80 km/hr.

Soaring an awe-inspiring 381 feet high, Peachland's Zipsone offers the highest freestyle zipline in Canada. Six heart-pumping lines cross the breathtaking Deep Creek Gorge and take roughly two-and-a-half hours to complete. It also has the fastest zipline in the Okanagan, which they appropriately call the 'speed freak.'

Kokanee Mountain Zipline

The Kokanee Mountain Zipline has six lines that offer a one-and-a-half to two hour fully guided tour. What's more, guests may glide 2,400 feet on the longest line through with amazing mountain and forest views. In total, there's nearly a mile of total ziplines, with ample opportunity soak in the views.
