All listings have been taken from REW.ca’s website where condos and apartments reign supreme in terms of pricing. For the purposes of this list, we have capped the price limit at $350,000.
However, sometimes the price comes with a caveat: Due to conditions in the building, the property may be difficult to finance traditionally and be an all-cash deal or a specific kind of investment rather than an appropriate starter home.

In first place is 403 1330 Harwood Street, a 430 square foot studio apartment with one bathroom. Billed as a good option for investors and first-time buyers, the apartment overlooks a tree-lined street with a view of the city.
