A house that's been on the market for a couple of years has dropped its price by $5 million.
The stunning mansion at 4788 Belmont Ave. is on what's sometimes called "Billionaires Row." The short road is the location of several of B.C.'s most expensive residential properties.
In fact, 4788 Belmont Ave, was last assessed at $23.087 million, making it the 64th most expensive property in the province.
The luxurious residence had originally been listed for sale for around $33.88 million, but recently it's been relisted at a bit of a discount: $28.888 million.
Built in 1997, the home has seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. Along with a well-appointed kitchen, dining room with a view, and indoor pool, the West Point Grey manse has a penthouse zen room, home theatre, and "karaoke room."
"This bespoke home has every luxurious amenity one can dream of," writes real estate agent Caroline Hong in the listing.
The house was last sold in 2007 for $10.5 million, according to REW data.
