One of the most luxurious ski spots in Canada has hit the real estate market.
Five Peaks Chalet, located next to Revelstoke Mountain Resort, is up for sale; the owners are asking $13.4 million for the luxurious property.
The high-end B.C. chalet has won Canada's best ski chalet for the last five years from the World Ski Awards, which focuses on ski tourism around the world.
Currently run as a luxury accommodation, the chalet rents for about $10,000 per night, including taxes. Booking for one week hits $69,000, and includes nightly gourmet dinners, a driver, and a complimentary stocked bar (not a minibar, but a full bar).
The property includes plenty of fancy features. The original building on the property, a wooden A-frame, has been turned into a little private spa space. There's also a hot tub with a view, a sauna with a view, and a 12-person dining room with a view.
"This one-of-a-kind property blends contemporary architecture and curated interiors creating one of British Columbia's premier estates," reads the listing for the property.
Along with the amenities inside is a stunning natural setting.
