A piece of recreational property on Pitt Lake has come up for sale for the modest price of $219,000.
Equipped with three bedrooms, the listing mentions that it's both "stunning and affordable," and that the "seller may offer some financing."
As current owner Jacqueline tells V.I.A., the new owner might "feel like [they are] somewhere remote in Alaska," after driving 40 minutes from Vancouver to the lake, then embarking on a 30-minute boat ride up the lake. She calls it "Pitt Lake Paradise," and "Heaven on Earth."
Jacqueline says she's "sadly" letting go of the property because she's moving back to Europe.
