A 584-acre piece of land has been listed in northern British Columbia for $595,000, and it has an entire mile of oceanfront.
The property is made up of four separate titles on Porcher Island, south of Prince Rupert.
The only deeded lots in Porcher Inlet, the property was once logged and has what the listing agent describes as "sandy beaches."
It's only accessible by boat or float plane, and is roughly 90 kilometres from Prince Rupert. To say that it's remote would be an understatement!
