Without a doubt, Dressew is Vancouver's fabric heaven. Sewers know this spot for their mega selection of fabrics and notions, and come Halloween you can definitely get some costume inspiration in their aisles. In addition to the raw materials for some DIY action, they have tons to choose from when it comes to Halloween costumes and gear.

If your costume needs call for something a bit more sophisticated (i.e. it isn't a one-size-fits-all in a plastic sleeve) head to North Vancouver's beloved Boo La La. Here you'll find thousands of costumes available to purchase or rent. This is precious cargo you'll want to take extra good care of!

The Party Bazaar has been helping Vancouver celebrate for 40 years, and for Halloween you can not only hit them up for party decor, but also pop into their impressive costume shop, called The Flying Witch, located next door to their main shop. Roam the aisles and check out their selection of packaged outfits, masks, props, hats, and Halloween must-haves (like fake blood). Be anything from a walking bacon slice to your favourite Star Wars character.
