It’s really happening…
Taylor Swift’s history-making tour is coming to an end, and while we’re all bracing for the post-Eras void, there is something that could help ease the heartbreak—a shot at winning two tickets to the final shows at BC Place.
All you have to do? Celebrate the era, downtown.
Watch the lights go wild
Destination Downtown is a free, month-long, family-friendly activation that brings a touch of magic to Vancouver’s Coal Harbour seawall and downtown core. As you stroll from Canada Place to Cardero Park, vibrant lighting installations, musicians and performers will light up the path—inspired by the dazzling light shows at a Taylor Swift concert!
Yes, it’s Taylor season.
As part of the activation, you can explore 13 Taylor Swift-themed light displays, each inspired by her iconic lyrics. And the best part? Every display offers you a new chance to win tickets to see Taylor Swift live.
Here’s how to enter
Look for signage at each of the 13 Taylor-themed lighting installations scattered throughout downtown Vancouver. You don’t need to visit all 13 displays to enter the contest—however, each time you visit a new display and collect a digital stamp, you’ll be entered into the draw. To enter, simply download the Stamp Me app, scan the code on the signage, and collect a stamp for a chance to win!
Each scan earns one entry into the contest, so the more Taylor Swift words you visit and scan, the more entries you earn. To increase your odds of winning, be sure to visit all 13 Taylor Swift-themed displays. You can revisit the displays multiple times for additional entries every 24 hours.
There are two pairs of tickets waiting to be claimed, each valued at $1,300 CDN. The contest will run from Nov. 29 until Dec. 6.
While a Taylor-themed scavenger hunt is reason enough to visit, Destination Downtown has even more in store.
Like Taylor’s iconic concert lighting, the route from Canada Place to Cardero Park will feature a magical lighting display of holiday trees, illuminated animals and giant light displays, with suspended lighting to help guide your way along the scenic downtown waterfront.
Performance areas will be activated from Thursday to Sunday evenings from 5:00-9:30 pm from Nov. 28 to Dec. 22 with musicians, artists, fire performers, and storytellers. All activities are free and accessible to everyone.
Just like The Eras Tour, Destination Downtown is about more than lights and sounds, it’s about shared experiences. So come experience light, music, story, taste, and Taylor while celebrating a bright spot in our city, this November and December during Destination Downtown.
