“After years of successfully dabbling in real estate, buying and selling several homes myself, I decided to share my knowledge by becoming a realtor,” she explains.
That was 11 years ago.
Equally important to her rise in the industry, Leal was drawn to real estate because of her father who was a structural engineer in Vancouver and uncle who was a local developer south of Spain, both of whom were highly successful in their careers who educated her on the ins and outs of investments, development/construction. That, she believes, gives her a unique take on real estate.
“I approach real estate a little differently,” she describes. “Each home has its unique story, which I weave into cinematic lifestyle films that speak to a particular home’s story.”
Prior to joining Macdonald Realty Ltd., this dynamic professional enjoyed a 13-year career in creative sales management before earning her Real Estate Licence at UBC Sauder School of Business.
