RealTours is about helping homeseekers navigate the realities of B.C.’s constantly evolving property landscape. Our host, Stephen Tadgh, teams up with top agents to demystify an often intimidating industry. But we won’t shy away from the issues - hot topics like housing diversity, densification and sustainability are all on the table.
When we highlight a neighbourhood, we want to share a real taste of what it would be like to live there. That means understanding the type of homes on the market, the mix of local businesses nearby and the lifestyle on offer in the area. Our realtor partners are your guides to some of the most popular - and often misunderstood - neighbourhoods.
From downtown Vancouver condos, Squamish townhouses and Coquitlam single-family homes, there are a lot of property options on offer. Each week, we’ll explore the homes that excite our realtor partners.
