On any given day, you can expect to witness a dazzling array of exotic underwater creatures at the Vancouver Aquarium. However, there’s one standout marine mammal that only makes a brief appearance for a short time every year.

And that time is now.

The fan-favorite Scuba Bunny is back, bringing a wave of underwater magic to Vancouver’s Easter celebrations. Almost as rare as spotting an anglerfish, this aquatic hare will be diving into the B.C. Wild Coast exhibit at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. daily. You can expect to see Scuba Bunny swim alongside a colorful cast of marine life, spreading springtime cheer from April 12 - April 21.

And that’s just the tip of the iceberg—there’s a whole ocean of experiences waiting to be discovered at the Aquarium this spring.

Clownin’ around

For families with young adventurers, Clownfish Cove is the perfect place to let imaginations dive deep. This playful, interactive area invites kids to embark on animal rescue missions while learning about marine life through hands-on activities.

And don’t forget to treat your taste buds after you play. The Aquarium’s Clownfish Cones are getting a seasonal twist with brand-new springtime flavours. These limited-time treats won’t last long—so grab one before they swim away.

This exhibit showcases just a small portion of the Aquarium’s 65,000+ creatures, which also include sea otters, sea lions, blacktip sharks, anacondas and giant Pacific octopuses displayed across 120 world-class exhibits. Here you’ll get first-hand experience of some of the world’s wildest creatures and the habitats they come from. Don’t miss the simulated thunderstorm experience in the Amazon Gallery, striking every hour at the 30-minute mark!
