The joyous concoction of breakfast-meets-lunch goodness is truly the perfect way to celebrate the weekend and indulge in your cravings. Yes, sometimes eggs and toast simply aren’t enough, which is why we’ve partnered with Bud Light Radler to highlight the restaurants serving the most epic brunch dishes in Vancouver.

From huge portions to extravagant ingredients, here’s where to indulge those weekend cravings.

Juke Fried Chicken - 182 Keefer St

If you’re craving chicken and waffles, look no further than Juke’s Chinatown location, which in addition to that very special southern combo, specializes in honey glazed ham and breakfast sandwiches made with Southern-style biscuits. Juke’s chicken, which is non-GMO, grain-fed and free-range, gluten-free and addictive as heck. Bring on the food coma!

Yolks - 1598 East Hastings and  546 W Broadway

A Vancouver breakfast and brunch staple! Yolk’s menu is kind of like a choose-your-own-adventure for breakfast sandwiches and eggs benedict. Standout ingredients include Smoked Wild BC Sockeye Salmon, real hollandaise and Truffle-Lemon Hashbrowns. There’s one more thing… Chicken and Waffles! According to Yolk’s, they’ve served up nearly 35,000 orders of their famous Chicken since opening at their original location. Sounds like a must-try.

Jam Cafe - 2153 West 4th Ave and 556 Beatty St

This epic all-day breakfast and lunch spot is known for their huge plates of fun fare and huge line-ups that sometimes extend around the corner from each of their Vancouver locations. Among the dishes Jam Cafe is known for are Pulled Pork Pancakes, The Charlie Bowl (loaded with biscuits, gravy, eggs, and more), fried chicken with French Toast, and Red Velvet Pancakes–just to name a few from their giant menu of giant plates of food.

Rumpus Room - 2301 Main St

Fat Elvis - Rumpus Room FacebookFat Elvis (Rumpus Room/Facebook)

The newly revived Rumpus Room picks up where their former location left off with heaping piles of hearty food and brunch goodness. With a kitschy, straight-out-of-the-seventies vibe, this is a great space to hang out and enjoy brunch items like Vegan Hash, Eggs Benny Burgers, Breakfast Poutine and even a Gummy Bear Doughnuts. The main event however, is the Fat Elvis; a grilled peanut butter bacon, and banana sandwich topped with Frosted Flakes.

The Victor - 39 Smithe St

Situated inside the glimmering Parq Vancouver casino and hotel development, The Victor might have one of the most extravagant brunch menus in the city. In addition to brunch classics, The Victor's brunch includes sushi and raw bars and extravagant add-ons like foie gras or caviar, steak, seafood and dim sum. The unexpected highlight however, is their BELT: an epic slab of toast branded with grill marks and shimmering with mayo, stacked with ruby-red tomato slices, creamy scrambled eggs and huge piece of thick-cut bacon.

If you’re looking to take your brunch game up a notch, why not pair your eggs, pancakes and breakfast ramen with a Bud Light Radler. You get a perfect mix of light beer and real fruit juice, combining the refreshing taste of lemonade or grapefruit with the smooth taste of Bud Light. Move over, mimosas, there’s a new brunch drink in town.
