Members of Events & Adventures get access to a full calendar of planned activities that can take you to every corner of the city while connecting with a fun group of people. Additionally, members get access to event calendars for every location where the organization is active. Currently, there are a total of 16 locations across Canada and the United States.
“This is really maximizing your time,” Johnson says.
“It’s a lot of work to go out and find the kind of experience that we provide. Our people really appreciate it. They know when they sign up with us, they click a button and we provide them with everything they need.”
With a dedicated team of event professionals, Events & Adventures Vancouver ensures that every outing is tailor-made for fun and connection. With a roster of 30-50 local events each month, the options are diverse and cater to all tastes. From horseback riding to wine tasting, trapeze experiences to skydiving, there's something for everyone.
“From oyster bars, to trivia nights, we provide a whole range of activities from inexpensive to high-end. We promise and deliver new events and new people,” Johnson says.
“It’s impossible to sell and offer a perfect match. We’re not a matchmaker. What we do have is as much diversity as possible, exposing our members to new things, new people, and new adventures.”
Stepping away from screens and delving into face-to-face interactions is at the core of Events & Adventures' philosophy. While the group may be familiar to some, it is re-launching in a bigger and better way. Now, E&A is offering international trips planned for those who dream of far-off destinations but feel held back by a lack of travel companions.

“We’re selling out trips so fast, we can barely get them on the calendar fast enough,” Johnson says on the demand for group trips.
