In partnership with Gindara Sablefish, Westcoast Poké is offering the world’s first sablefish poké bowl through their latest offering, the Butterfish Bowl.
This mouth-watering, fresh, and raw fish dish includes Aburi Gindara Sablefish, Charred Scallion Confit Garlic Rice, Maple Soy Charred Corn Salsa, Radish, Scallion, Sesame Seeds, and Togarashi.

As a partner of the Kyuquot First Nations and with a hatchery located on Salt Spring Island, Gindara Sablefish provides exclusive egg to plate traceability.
