Travellers looking for the ideal place to enjoy a luxurious Airbnb stay with a large group don't need to search outside of their own beautiful backyard.
Canada has landed on the top of a list of the best countries in the world for large groups to book one of Airbnb's Luxe offerings.
To find out which locations have the most options for larger groups, such as wedding parties, the team at Compare My Jet searched for the number of luxury Airbnb’s available with over eight beds. They then ranked the locations in order of the highest percentage of accommodation available with over eight beds.
Canada had a high percentage of luxury Airbnb accommodations with over eight beds (68%), followed by the Dominican Republic (60%) in second, and Mexico (40%) in third.

With its sparkling white-sand beaches and trendy designer shops, the Caribbean island of St. Barths claimed the top spot as the best country for luxury Airbnb stays in the world.
Belize followed St. Barths in second, due to its comparatively low costs for luxury Airbnb accommodations and their highly sought-after amenities.
"100 per cent of Luxe Airbnbs in San Pedro, Belize have a pool, hot tub and are beachfront," note report authors.
Belize, Croatia, and Indonesia were the least expensive locations for luxury stays, while Antigua and Barbuda and the Bahamas were the priciest options.
The most expensive luxury Airbnb options are in France and Italy and cost upwards of $30,000 per night.
