Metro Vancouverites looking to visit a new city this fall can take advantage of an ultra-low fare to a popular destination.
Known for its lively country music scene, friendly locals, rich southern cuisine, and the Cumberland River, Nashville offers a range of things to see and do. Some "must-see" attractions include the Grand Ole Opry House and Country Music Hall of Fame.
Foodies will also enjoy sampling a range of southern comfort eats in Tennessee's capital city. Some of its most popular dishes include hot chicken, biscuits, country ham, cobbler, BBQ, collard greens, mac and cheese, and much more.
You can also enjoy a scenic cruise and dinner on the Cumberland River aboard one of the largest paddle-wheeler boats in the country.
United Airlines has dropped prices on tickets to Tennessee from Vancouver, including ones to Chattanooga. While you might need to be somewhat flexible with your dates to take advantage of the lowest fares, there are numerous options available in October and November for under $400 CAD return.
For example, a flight departing Vancouver International Airport (YVR) on Tuesday, Nov. 8 that returns from Nashville International Airport (BNA) a week later on Tuesday, Nov. 15 costs $372.26 CAD including all taxes and fees.
On the outbound, the flight only has one stop in Montreal for two hours. On the return flight, there is one layover in Chicago for just over an hour.
