Abbotsford International Airport offers a viable alternative to Vancouver International Airport (YVR) for travellers looking for cheap flights from the Lower Mainland.
Popular options including direct routes to Edmonton, Calgary, Ottawa, Toronto, and other routes often cost significantly less from the smaller Fraser Valley airport.
Metro Vancouverites who don't own cars or drive may avoid looking at flights from the Fraser Valley airport as they view it as inconvenient. However, you can get to the terminal in many ways without driving.
Have a look at the various ways you can get to the Abbotsford airport from around Metro Vancouver.
