Meowfest, the ultimate festival for fans of all things feline, is slated to return to Vancouver this summer. However, ticket sales to the cat-lovers event have been postponed indefinately due the physical distancing measures put in place to stop the spread of COVID-19 in B.C.

Organizers report that they are working hard to determine the best option for meowfest 2020 and will provide an update as soon as possible. Further, If any changes are required, they will issue full refunds to all ticket holders, vendors, and sponsors upon request.

"Our team is working hard to determine the best option for meowfest 2020 and we will provide an update as soon as possible. If any changes are required, we will issue full refunds to all ticket holders, vendors, and sponsors upon request," states a release.

"We will continue to monitor this very fluid situation, and we are committed to sharing any updates as they arise. We would like to thank our meowfest community for your ongoing support during this time."

While organizers are unsure of how the recent provincial updates will effect Meowfest 2020, organizers state that they would like to bring a little pawsitivity to your day with our inaugural edition of Wholesome Mews.

Wholesome Mews consists of exactly what you think it does: a heartwarming collection of stories about adorable kitties from far and wide.
