Wild weather leaves White Rock wondering WTF (PHOTOS)

What the heck was going on this morning in White Rock and South Surrey?

While many Vancouverites experienced rain, the southern section of the Lower Mainland had a wilder ride, with water spouts spotted off the coast and a dumping of hail that left things looking pretty wintery.

Yes it's still autumn . And snow wants to come as early as this morning.

The insanity was hailed (!) by some as being apocalyptic, though the general reaction on social media seems to be a mix of WTF and "too soon!"

Local reports indicate the area also experienced thunderstorms, and note multiple accidents on Highway 99.
