On the positive note, fellow Vancouverites, I did happen to run into a (private) liquor store today (in Vancouver, yes) on East Hastings (beside the Burger King by the PNE, same block as Bao Chau) with a huge sign that read what's in the blog title above. I do not know of any other in the city like this, you?
