City Critters: RACCOONS is over and we'll be dropping a new one soon but until we do I have a little story to tide you over. I hope you're sitting down right now...
So this past weekend me and the fam were lurking for adventure in South Burnaby. We ended up just across the swamp from the Timebomb Trading building and saw something sploosh into the swamp. What the? Sploosh in the city? What splooshes in the city?
We got out of the car to take a closer look and HOLY SHIT!!! It's a beaver!
For real, this was just off of Marine Drive, just East of Marpole. And this beaver is just chilling out in a swamp there.
He ducked into the narrow waterway shrouded with reeds and we lost him.
But don't fret! We've got somebody who works in that building in the background who owns hip waders and is an ace cameraman on a mission to capture the elusive city Beav!
