Two of the best things that happen to my ears every week occur shortly after I download CBC Radio 3's R3-30 indie rock countdown as well as their regular podcast. To my dismay, for the last few weeks of the summer the regular podcast was Grant Lawrence-less and I have gathered from Grant's Twitter account it was because he was kicking his feet up at some remote cabin (that still had coverage so he could make updates but, hey, it's 2009). I am happy to report that Grant is back in the saddle and has brought back some refreshed energy to his podcast.
I had a busy week so I must apologize for not bringing this to your attention sooner, there are now actually 2 new podcasts for this season, I just downloaded the second one and am listening to it as I type these words. 100% Independent Canadian Music!!!
