I hope you find this interview enlightening, mystical, spiritual …..

WHO ARE THE WIZARD GANG?
The Wizard Gang Is a friend chanting group of spirit-questers that are all fierce paddlers up the same mind river sharing the canoe of life..life..life…

HOW LONG HAS THE GANG BEEN AROUND?
Since When is a 1998 album by 54-40. It marks the band’s return to the more acoustic folk rock sound of their 1980s work

DO YOU HAVE AN INITIATION PROCESS?
One must embody a school of ethics, which argues that pleasure has an ultimate importance, and that humanity’s most important pursuit is sensual self-indulgence.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN PRACTICING ARTISTS FOR? DID YOU GO TO SCHOOL AND WHERE?
Its funny cause its like a fetish. I am currently going to school for business, but not many people know that. I’ve been petting my own art for she-bop. The more I do it the more I want it. Its like that time when my bro Alonso was telling me a story and he was soooooo into it, half way through he puked in the middle of his sentence… and he kept puking and kept trying to tell me his story. He was talking and puking between words. Maybe it was because he was so out of breath or he ate something bad, I never found out. I was like “wow wow dude are you alright?” and he said, “oh. that. That’s nothing. MAN, are you even listening to me? Cthulhulu is going to mess up George Bush…” blah blah blah.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU WORKED IN VANCOUVER?
We are Wizards. We cast spells. Some people are frightened of spells and those who cast them. But spells are a normal and natural part of our culture. You’ve probably already cast one or two without even knowing it. Ever thrown a coin in a wishing well, or sacrificed a small animal? Then you’ve been working. That’s how we work. No matter where we are, never not working, never not casting spells.

WHAT MEDIUMS DO YOU WORK IN?
Satire and opportunity

WITHIN THE ALL-SEEING CRYSTAL SUNBALLS INSIDE YOUR COVETED FORESHADOW-SKINNED WISDOM POUCH, WHAT MYSTICAL VISIONS DO YOU FORESEE REGARDING THE FUTURE OF THE WZRD GANG?
My time-compass is indicating a completely new direction for the entire wizard gang as a whole. I for see the groups-exhibitions occurring far more often, not to mention more work for everyone.

WHAT TRANSPIRED THE ASCENDING INSPIRELATIONISM OF OUR BRAIN-CASTLE?
We’re all but the same entangled beard of dreams wrapped in an illusion of divorcerer.
Gently steeping our mind leaves inside the womb of the infiniTEA Potential,
To be suckled back out from the ever giving teets of our loving, nurturing, moment.

WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY WORKING ON FOR THE FUTURE?
Total and complete world domination….
A lot more of the same type of stuff I’m / we’re already doing, just bigger and better…
As far as I’m concerned, none of us are ever not working on something, that’s the best part being a part of a conglomerate like wzrdz, even if I’m slacking, everyone else isn’t…
More documentation, more zines, more showings, more travel, more Lowenbrau, more teamwork, more fun, less sleep…
wizroller

You Can keep up with their wizardry at The Astoria on Nov 28 for EASY NOW where they will being doing visuals and crazy visions (fortune telling)

I think most of their female contingent work outside of vancouver. From what i have gathered only a small handful of them work in vancouver, but i may be wrong.
