Every day we share a single photo from our Flickr Pool shot by one of our faithful and talented readers (that’s you!)
I love it when I come across a photo that truly surprises me, and the more I look at it, the better it gets. Take this awesome photo from today's Daily Flickr Pickr pool submitted by la:di:da of a runner down near Kits Beach. At first, I thought the photo was of the Harry Jerome statue in Stanley Park, but upon closer inspection, it's not. :)
Then, I noticed the symmetry between the dark foreground and the distant blue sky, with the beautiful city skyline and Kits Beach sandwiched in the middle. Voila! A perfectly symmetrical photo with equal parts natural stuff and man made stuff to keep it all together. Amazing, and very well captured.
