THIS WEEK IN MUSIC: is quiet exciting! I'm hoping to catch the Devin Townsend Project at the Commodore on Wednesday... Not my usual coverage, but Devin and his band are really talented, and if you saw the Polaris Salon last year with Lisa Christiansen, you know he's a cool guy too. Friday is the Good For Grapes, The Oh Wells, Badgerchild show at the Media Club, and be sure to head back there the next night (Saturday) too for the Bear Mountain CD Release show!  Monday the 10th Jasper Sloan Yip and The Ruffled Feathers are at the Agro Cafe as part of the Fringe Festival - and it's FREE!
