It's a big day today! My juice arrived from the folks at The Juice Truck (not coincidentally the same people at The Juice Cleanse) and I'm about to start my 3 day cleanse that I TOLD YOU about. What this means is that over the next 3 days the only thing I will be consuming is juice (and water) in order to (hopefully) purge my body of toxins and help my digestive system get itself back in business. I'll spare you the details but for years my system has been... well... kinda jacked.
If this image below seems familiar it's because I shot a similar one when my smoked salmon ARRIVED a while back. The difference here is that a) I didn't kill the contents of this box in Tofino and have them mailed to me at my house and b) I included my dog Frankie in this photo mostly because he's cute, not because he was lurking around the box looking for an opportunity to eat its contents.
So here's what I'm working with over the next 72 hours.
It's all laid out in order of what I'm supposed to drink, so now the only thing I have to do is consume it. Easy! I'll be bringing you updates over the next 3 days on how I'm feeling, so stay tuned.
