I'm going to be speaking at an event on the night of the October 24th in support of the Georgia Strait Alliance – the only group focused on the well-being of the entire Georgia Strait region. Sandwiched between a whale toxicologist and a former professional fisherman and member of the Royal Australian Navy, I'll be sharing my thoughts on sportfishing and why it's important that we protect these waters that surround us and support the food that many of us eat (and that some of us catch!).
It's gonna be fun. You should come. The GSA is an organization made up of recreational boaters, sport fishers, and nature lovers all along the Strait who care about the health of these waters. Maybe that's you?
