IT'S FITNESS FRIDAY |
It's a new year and I'm sure you're all making resolutions. One of mine is to have meals/coffee with those friends that you always say you should hang out with more often. But, like many, I also want to do my best to improve my health.
There are many goals you can set for yourself, be it eating healthier, exercising more often, getting more sleep, and much of it is a matter of willpower and telling youself you can stick to it.
Barre Fitness is holding another challenge, 20 classes in 30 days, and combining it with a meal plan from Nourished with Alyssa Bauman. I've rounded up all the ingredients for 10 days of healthy eating and you can too...check out the blog post with recipe links.
