City’s original comedy, Seed is back this Thursday night with an all-new episode. Voted Canada’s number 1 comedy by TV Guide in 2013, Seed stars Adam Korson – who The Globe and Mail calls, “Superb as the immature Harry.”
This week Zoey and Michelle, (Stephanie Anne Mills and Amanda Brugel) are forced to go straight to the source when they discover that the sperm bank is out of Harry’s ‘stuff.’ While Rose (Carrie-Lynn Neales) wants her boyfriend Bruce to get along with Harry and Janet (Laura de Carteret) and Jonathan (Matt Baram) try to re-kindle their ‘happy marriage’ – with disastrous results.
Fresh off its 7 Canadian Screen Award Nominations, Seed’s cast and crew has received high praise from critics across Canada, with John Doyle calling Seed, "A strong, off-kilter comedy series. Inventive and charming."
